A real stop loss at the broker on every position, a daily limit in the EA, then close the window without signing out.
What a VPS changes during a challenge
A challenge depends on strict daily and overall loss limits. Infrastructure failures are avoidable: a Windows restart that stops the EA managing a position, a router outage with no stop at the broker, or a local trade copier that stops.
A VPS does not replace your strategy or your risk management. It only ensures that the terminal and robots stay online. Always set a real stop loss, because during an outage it is the broker's server that protects the account.
Rules vary between prop firms and change regularly: VPS, commercial EAs, trade copying, economic news, weekends. Read the current terms, and ask support for written confirmation if in doubt.

Yes. Each VPS has a dedicated IPv4 address that does not change and is not shared with another customer.
Can I manage several accounts on one VPS?
Technically yes, with one terminal per account and 300 to 500 MB of RAM per terminal. Check that your prop firm accepts several accounts from the same IP address.
Does the VPS guarantee I pass the challenge?
No. It ensures your terminal and robots stay online. Success depends on your strategy and risk management, and trading carries a risk of capital loss.
