Secure your API keys: enable trading rights only, never withdrawals, and restrict each key to the VPS's fixed IP address. Protect the server itself with SSH keys and a firewall.
Always test a strategy in simulation (dry-run) before committing real funds. A VPS provides the infrastructure, not the performance of the strategy: trading carries a risk of capital loss.

Why a fixed IP for a trading bot?
Most exchanges let you restrict an API key to one or more IP addresses. With the VPS's fixed IP, a stolen key becomes useless from anywhere else.
Do I need this VPS for MetaTrader?
No: MetaTrader and NinjaTrader require Windows. Choose our Forex, MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 or NinjaTrader VPS instead.
Does the VPS guarantee profits?
